Today, I start my new journal platform on Penzu.
Immediately, I love the look and feel of this journal space because of it using college ruled paper which reminds me of the journaling I did in grade school.
The developers of this app are crafty in enticing the user to “go pro” by having a big green button always in the upper right corner constantly hanging there, encouraging pop-ups right upon entry, locked down abilities to use certain fonts or upload an avatar, and encouragement to share with a friend via social networking (if they go pro when you share with someone, then you get a free pro account).
Those conniving bastards.
Or maybe they are just smart.
